個人資料收集聲明 Personal Information Collection Statement

個人資料之使用 USE OF PERSONAL DATA
使用者 Users
有關本人/吾等的所有個人資料（不論是由本人/吾等所提供，還是由其他人士所提供；及不論這些資料是在本人/吾等收到合約之前，還是之後）將可被任何下列之公司或人士使用（各為一「使用者」）：
All personal data concerning the Client (whether provided by the Client or any other person, and whether provided before or after the date the Client receives the Agreement containing this information) may be used by any of the following companies or persons (each, a "User"):
a) 景淳國際及∕或其他任何聯繫公司（"本集團＂）；
the Company and/or any of its direct or indirect holding companies, subsidiaries of such holding companies or affiliated companies (the "Group");
b) 本集團的任何董事、高級職員、僱員或代理人；
any director, officer, employee or agent of the Group;
c) 執行客戶指示及∕或從事本集團業務而由本集團授權的任何人士（例如律師、顧問、代名人、託管人等）；
any person (such as lawyers, advisers, nominee, custodian etc.) authorized by the Group when carrying out the Client's instructions and/or the business of the Group;
d) 本集團持有與本人/吾等相關的任何權利和義務的任何實際或建議的承讓人；及
any actual or proposed assignee of any rights and obligations of the Group in relation to the Client; and
e) 任何政府機構、監管機構或其他團體或機構（不論是法例或是任何集團成員適用的規例所要求）。
any government, regulatory or other bodies or institutions, whether as required by law or regulations applicable to any member of the Group.

目的 Purposes
本人/吾等的所有個人資料可被任何使用者用於下列目的：
All personal data concerning the Client may be used by any User for the following purposes:
a) 執行新的或現有顧客的查核及信用調查程序，以及協助其他金融機構從事此類工作；
carrying out new or existing client verification and credit checking procedures and assisting other financial institutions to do so;
b) 持續賬目管理，包括收取欠款，強制執行擔保、抵押或其他權利和利益；
ongoing administration of the Account, including the collection of amounts due, enforcement of security, charge or other rights and interests;
c) 設計提供予本人/吾等之新產品和服務，或向客戶推廣本集團的產品；
designing further products and services, or marketing a product of the Group, to the Client;
d) 將此等資料轉移到香港以外的任何地方；
transferring such data to any place outside Hong Kong;
e) 為了下列目的而進行本人/吾等個人資料的比較（不論收集此等資料的目的及來源，及不論此等資料是向使用者或任何其他人士所收集的）：A) 信用調查；B) 資料核實；及∕或C) 編製或核實資料，以便採取使用者或任何其他人士認為合適的行動（包括可能與客戶或任何其他人的權利、義務或權益有關的行動）；
comparing with the Client's personal data (irrespective of the purposes and sources for which such data were collected, and whether collected by a User or any other person) for the purpose (A) credit checking; (B) data verification; and/or (C) otherwise producing or verifying data which may be used for the purpose of taking such action that a User or any other person may consider appropriate (including action that may relate to the rights, obligations or interest of the Client or any other person);
f) 用於與本人/吾等有關的任何其他協議和服務之條款所規定之目的；
providing on the terms of any other agreements and services relating to the Client;
g) 有關遵守任何法律、規例、法院判決或其他任何監管機構之判決的任何目的；
any purpose relating to or in connection with compliance with any law, regulation, court order or order of any regulatory body; and
h) 任何有關於執行客戶指示或與本集團業務或交易有關連的目的。
any other purpose relating to the execution of the Client's Instructions or in connection with the business or dealings of the Group.
i) 在以下"在直接促銷中使用資料＂標題下的直接促銷及／或交叉銷售財務產品及服務。
direct marketing and/or cross-selling of the financial products and services as stated under the Heading of "Use of Data in Direct Marketing" hereinbelow.

在直接促銷中使用資料 USE OF DATA IN DIRECT MARKETING
景淳國際擬把本人/吾等的資料用於直接促銷，而景淳國際為該用途須獲得本人/吾等同意(包括表示不反對)。就此，請注意：
The Company intends to use the Client's data in direct marketing and the Company requires the Client's consent (which includes an indication of no objection) for that purpose. In this connection, please note that:

a) 景淳國際或會將景淳國際不時持有的本人/吾等姓名、聯絡資料、產品及服務組合資料、交易模式及行為、財務背景及人口統計數據用於直接促銷；
the name, contact details, products and services portfolio information, transaction pattern and behavior, financial background and demographic data of the Client held by the Company from time to time may be used by the Company in direct marketing;
b) 可用作促銷下列類別的服務、產品及項目：強制性公積金計劃、財務、投資、保險及相關服務與產品；
the following classes of services, products and subjects may be marketed: mandatory provident fund schemes, financial, investment, insurance and related services and products;
c) 上述服務、產品及項目或會由景淳國際及/或任何其他本集團成員提供或徵求；
the above services, products and subjects may be provided or solicited by the Company and/or any other member of the Group;
d) 除促銷上述服務、產品及項目之外，景淳國際亦擬將以上a)段所述的資料提供予以上c)段所述的全部或任何人士，以供該等人士用以促銷該等服務、產品及項目，而景淳國際為此用途須獲得本人/吾等書面同意(包括表示不反對)；及
in addition to marketing the above services, products and subjects itself, the Company also intends to provide the data described in paragraph a) above to all or any of the persons described in paragraph c) above for use by them in marketing those services, products and subjects, and the Company requires the client's written consent (which includes an indication of no objection) for that purpose; and
e) 景淳國際將資料提供予以上d)段所述其他人士會獲得金錢或其他財產的得益。
the Company will, for gain, receive money or other property in return for providing the data to the other persons in paragraph d) above.

如本人／吾等不希望景淳國際如上述將其資料用於或提供予其他人士作直接促銷用途，本人／吾等可隨時通知景淳國際以行使其拒絕直接促銷的權利，此安排並不收取任何費用。
If the Client does not wish the Company to use or provide to other persons his/her personal data for use in direct marketing as described above, the Client may exercise his/her opt-out right by notifying the Company at any time and without charge.

查閱和修正的權利 RIGHTS OF ACCESS AND CORRECTION
根據條例之規定，本人/吾等有權查閱和修正本人/吾等的個人資料。一般來說,除某些豁免外,本人/吾等有以下的權利：
The Client has the right to have access to and correct the Client's personal data as set out in the Ordinance. In general, and subject to certain exemptions, the Client is entitled to:

a) 詢問景淳國際是否持有與本人/吾等有關的個人資料；
enquire whether the Company holds personal data in relation to the Client;
b) 在合理的時間內，本人/吾等可查閱其個人資料；景淳國際將以合理的方式及清楚易明的格式回覆本人/吾等，但須收取合理費用；
request access to the Client's personal data within a reasonable time, at a fee which is not excessive, in a reasonable manner and in a form that is intelligible;
c) 要求修正本人/吾等的個人資料；及
request the correction of the Client's personal data; and
d) 如本人/吾等要求查閱或修正個人資料被拒絕，本人/吾等有權要求說明被拒絕的理由及反對任何該等拒絕。
be given reasons if a request for access or correction is refused, and object to any such refusal.
e) 可隨時通知景淳國際以拒絕本人/吾等的個人資料被用作直接促銷之用，此安排並不收取任何費用，而該等通知生效日期為以景淳國際真正收到該等通知後之3個營業日起生效。
opt out his/her personal data to be used for direct marketing at any time by giving notice and without charge to the Company and such notice shall take effect upon the expiry of 3 business days from the date of the Company's actual receipt for such notice.

聯絡人CONTACT PERSON
如本人/吾等要求查閱和∕或修正與本人/吾等有關的個人資料，本人/吾等可向景淳國際的董事遞交其申請。
If the Client wishes to request access to and/or correction of personal data concerning the Client, the Client should address the Client's request to the Directors of the Company.
